1/5/26: air gap required at condensate discharge at floor drain, properly secure electrical low-voltage wiring at all Units, all Exterior receptacles shall be tested at Final and be WR, labels required on all (disconnect boxes, units, panels, new circuit breaker at MSB), open all junction boxes to verify bond/bushings at raceways, verify wire size at MSB for new circuit, verify all metallic boxes are grounded, verify framing around new openings, all supports must be attached head to cable at flexible duct, condensate drain insulation must be protected from UV EXPOSURE. WILL BE VERIFIED AT FINAL. |
