| 12/19/2025 | COT - LCBU - Building Final | Re-inspection required | 12/19/25: conducted a general walk through of the entire building, receptacle at roof for HVAC servicing not energized, receptacle in ada bathroom south east corner not energized, all disconnect boxes must be labeled, vertical grab bars at ADA shower required, all exterior plastic piping must be coated for UV protection, utilities closet not ready (booster pump must be installed) properly support all piping vertically and horizontally in utility room, all ceiling tiles must be installed, extension bar at roof access required on ladder, seal all ductwork at RTUs under sun shade for duct flex connector, properly secure conduit at exterior disconnect box, wiring at conduit for gate motor must be installed at time of inspection, site work is incomplete (engineering final not ready), fire final required prior to issuance of building final, R.O.W final required prior to issuance of building final. Please go through all required conditions and ensure they are uploaded to your permit prior to calling in building finals. Backflow preventer must be replaced for correct size. Please call in all inspections on permit card. |
