4/1/24: air balance report and water sterilization report not uploaded. ADA requirements at bathrooms not met (missing grab bars, knee guards, paper dispenser height, water closet hardware on opposite side), Bathroom signage not installed at time of inspection, water hammer arrestor needed at dishwasher, dishwasher not properly installed, GFCI required at break room under sink, laundry room receptacles must be GFCI, condensate on exterior of building need to properly terminate, YWL need to be insulated and UV coated, insulation required at walk in coolers condensate drain, refrigerant lines need to be UV coated. Condensate drains on roof must be coated for UV protection, properly label A/C units to correspond to panel. MORE ITEMS MAY BE ADDED. |
