9-3-26: missing anti-tip device and stove, missing dishwasher and hammer arrestor, missing hammer arrestor at refrigerator, missing receptacle cover/replace receptacle to weather resistant gfci at exterior wall adjacent to back sliding glass door, missing vacuum breaker at hose bib, a fire rated door from garage to home is required, threshold at garage does not meet ADA standards, missing receptacle covers at garage, pressure relief valve at water heater not connected, remove all debris from back yard. STOPPED INSPECTION-ADDITIONAL ITEMS MAY BE NOTED. 2ND FLOOR NOT WALKED. |
