03/25/2026 COT - HCBU - Excavation/Rebar/Zoning  Re-inspection required 3/25/26: Mini-split was installed at concession stand without approved permits, evap cooler was removed and multiple code violations were observed during today's sight visit. NM cable installed in Raceway at wet/damp location, disconnect box is currently a life safety concern with un capped wiring and no cover plate, multiple penetrations at roof are not properly sealed, mini split shall be properly supported, guard rails required for HVAC equipment within 10' of roofs edge, receptacle required within 25' of equipment, refrigerant lines are not properly insulated, condensate drain is 1/2", p-trap required, roof jack must be properly sealed, breakers shall be correct type for panel, support liquid tight throughout, all items listed shall be addressed prior to re-inspection.
