8-19-25: contractor provided photos of underground plumbing on floor sinks (FS2, FS4, P6, P7,P4) that had been covered/photos were uploaded to system. Provide RFI on 3 compartment sink that was reworked to current code-firefoam all penetrations at top plates. DWV not under test and much of the in wall plumbing & pex lines along the south side of TI were properly supported. Okay to continue with construction at progress areas. |

9-11-25: firefoam penetrations at top plates throughout, provide supports at horizontal DWV (minimum of 2 supports) at south wall, add Boca plate at marked location at south wall and another northeast of drive thru window, DWV must be under test at time of inspection. Stopped inspection-additional items may be noted. |
