08/28/2026 COT - HCBU - Exterior Clips/Sheathing  Re-inspection required 8-28-26: west & north side exterior sheathing not ready. Missing screws at joints throughout and in many areas "drywall screws " were used. Make required corrections and install per plans. Reschedule when ready.
08/31/2026 COT - HCBU - Exterior Clips/Sheathing  Partial Pass 8-31-26: partial pass-west & majority of north side exterior sheathing approved (missing screws at panels located at northeast corner-east side not ready).Okay to continue with construction at progress areas.

11/04/2026 COT - HCBU - Exterior Clips/Sheathing  Re-inspection required 11/4/26: drywall screw maximum spacing for 5/8" in the field for ceilings shall 12" o.c. & 7" o.c. along edges and ends. Screws shall be installed no closer than 3/8" from panel edges & ends. Add screws according to information provided at office space areas together with stair case. Reschedule at your convenience.
