7/16/24: please upload Air balance report to portal for approval, ADA requirements not met at restrooms, evap cooler not properly installed missing 1/2" cold water supply and 3/4" drain, grease box and pipe missing at kitchen exhaust fan, make up air clearance from exhaust not met. sediment traps required at HVAC units, Properly insulate/Coat refrigerant lines on roof, receptacle missing at makeup air for pump, entry door must be replaced, drive-thru not complete. |
