| 05/04/2026 | COT - LCEL - Electrical Final | Re-inspection required | 5-4-26: label junction box above ceiling near soda machine, adjust woman's restroom door to 5 pounds of pressure, all kitchen receptacles must be gfci, add R3 insulation to hot side of water heater, label subpanels ( revision required on electrical-see previous notes)open knockout at middle subpanel, plumbing " as built" revision on floor sinks required, complete installation of grease box-see sheet 8 for details, install condenser on rooftop and complete installation of pending equipment, paint all plastic at rooftop, label disconnect to at rooftop, replace rooftop receptacle to a "weather resistant " gfci and install a bubble cover, add supports to flex at 4' intervals-cannot rest on ceiling grid. This also applies to electrical & plumbing. Install cover plate at exposed electrical box at drive-thru and seal any penetrations at drive-thru. Install See- pending conditions and submit all 3rd party reports to the city for review.Stopped inspection-additional items may be noted. | |
