10/13/2026 COT - HCBU - Building Progress Re-inspection required 10/13/26: add nails to LUS hangers and A34 at 2nd floor of Stair 3, add anchor bolts within 12" at the ends of ledger to masonry, correct anchor bolts that are both flush and those which are installed in an angle, add an A35 between 2nd /3rd floor at landing. Exterior strap north end 2nd floor verified per GA, 1st floor south wing units-fireblocking locking required at dropped ceiling areas. Noted: it appears that new penetrations were made at several pre-walked units-please make sure all penetrations are sealed. When ready schedule RC channel inspections and remove insulation from exterior walls at non inspected units along 1st floor south wing. We will advise when insulation may be installed.
Noted: Please schedule all future inspections according to type of inspection.
10/14/2026 COT - HCBU - Building Progress Re-inspection required 10/14/26: R/C Channel at Units 129 -122- add screws/backing to marked areas. Complete in wall RC Channels & install 2" AFF. Remove all AWG Wires/low voltage from above ceiling RC Channels & Reschedule inspection when ready.
