07/27/2026 COT - HCEL - Electrical Underground  Partial Pass 7-27-26: inspected a total of 14 light pole cages. 6 located on west side, 4 on the north and remainder at the east. Reinforcement all verified per plans, however, excavation/loose fill and debris were noted on the 3 light pole cage on west side. Please excavate to 7' 6" and provide 3" clearance at the bottom/remove loose fill. 2-located on the northwest side must have loose fill removed from bottom and provide 7' 6" on the light pole cage furthest northwest. The other cage on the north side must have the loose fill removed together with the 2- on the east side. Please schedule an inspection on those mentioned above prior to pour. Remainder are okay for concrete.
08/04/2026 COT - HCEL - Electrical Underground  Partial Pass Southwest corner secondaries in place at new transformer. Total of 9 4” schedule 40 at 4 1/2’ to SES 1.
Total of 6 ran to SES 1.
North east corner secondaries in place at new transformer total of 13 4” schedule 40 at 4 1/2’ depth. Ran just shy at sweeps. Pending tie into rest and SES 2. Okay to backfill all progress areas. Shading required. Ensure caution tape is in place after backfill. 8/4/2026
08/06/2026 COT - HCEL - Electrical Underground  Re-inspection required 8/6/26: (15) 4" Sch 40. Conduit required from transformer to ses#2 at east wing per revised set that has not been submitted to the city for approval. The approved plan set call for (9) 4" Sch 40. Revision must be submitted to the city for approval. Approved plans must be used for construction.
08/07/2026 COT - HCEL - Electrical Underground  Partial Pass 8-7-26: per previous notes from 8/6/26, There are a Total of 15-4" schedule 40 conduits at the East wing SES2. Today, I verified 2-4" schedule 40 conduits which weren't in place from yesterday's inspection-okay to backfill approximately 100' of trench using shading materials. Note: backfilling will be at own risk pending RFI approval.
