Nail all shiners flush or remove altogether throughout. Add nails according to sw schedules (either 2/12, 3/12, 6/12) at marked areas and nailing at each side of a splice. Add washers/nuts to anchor bolts where marked at bump outs. Add a section of sheathing to the north west corner where sheathing gap is larger than 2". Will reinspect areas when ready.
Note: only anchor bolts/hold-downs looked were at the bump outs.
08/03/2026 COT - HCBU - Exterior Clips/Sheathing  Canceled 8-3-26: canceled by contractor- will reschedule when ready.
08/10/2026 COT - HCBU - Exterior Clips/Sheathing  Not Ready 8/10/2026 2nd floor south building east elevation not ready. Ensure attachment to bottom plate is 3" o.c (4). Loose sheathing at exterior. Nail coil strap in place. Shear wall nailing calls to be 3/12. Ensure no over penetration occurs more than an 1/8". Stopped inspection after 3rd unit.
08/20/2026 COT - HCBU - Exterior Clips/Sheathing  Partial Pass 8/20/2026 partial pass. 1st floor west building all three sides approved. Nailing at Sheathing/straps verified.
08/21/2026 COT - HCBU - Exterior Clips/Sheathing  Partial Pass 8-21-26: exterior nailing at sheathing/straps at 2nd floor South Wing for both west & east sides verified. Provide a scaffold to inspect 3 & 4th floor exterior sheathing and straps.
09/17/2026 COT - HCBU - Exterior Clips/Sheathing  Partial Pass 9/17/26: strap/shear unit's 340, 316, 318, 317, 320, 322, 324, 326, 328, 330. Rooftop East wing sheathing approved. 4th Floor south wing strap/shear Detail 223 (bracing/A34's)at room's 416, 417, 419, 418, 421, 423, 425, 427, 429, 431. Okay to continue with construction at progress areas.
