Breakroom-install dishwasher and hammer arrestor, receptacle under sink must be gfci. Fabric shop-remove tape from receptacles, label junction boxes, and install knockouts at panel dh ( or seek engineer fix addressing obsolete knockouts for existing panel). Assembly-label junction boxes, label junction boxes and missing knockouts at junction box adjacent to Panel C2, missing cover plate with exposed wiring located above ceiling at assembly room 2, provide vertical supports at 10' interval for 1" copper line west wall of warehouse. Rooftop- all rooftop receptacles must weather resistant, label all junction boxes, several units are being over-amped-max breaker is 35. Assembling 3- label junction boxes. Warehouse above ceiling label junction boxes and install knockouts throughout. Provide an updated RFI/floor plan and a letter from architect documenting the missing installation of shower at room 118. Stopped inspection-additional items may be noted. |
