Missing grab bars in bathroom. Lower mirror to proper height along with other fixtures to meet ADA requirements. Pex lines need to be secured throughout building and insulated. Provide protection to pex line where in contact with metal. Provide 18" of copper at main water line, from first sweat fitting to pex line. Provide sterilization report prior to finals. |
