3/13/26: electrical underground for 4 light poles approved (1" conduit per approved plans ok to proceed with backfill) shading required, missing 4" conduit for telephone per approved plans currently installed a 2", ground not per approved plans must be cadweld or thermoweld exothermic ( ground rods must be driven flush with earth), meter enclosure required for clearance and address tag also required, torque report required, conduit must be per approved plans for underground from transformer to CT cabinet, pull string required and conduit run must be completed. |

4-3-26: missing grounding rods, metallic address label, rubber/plastic bushings at ct can & disconnects, and feeders must be pulled in. Also, submit revision regarding conduit change to the city for review & provide torque report-see previous notes for information. |
