5-11-26: label all junction boxes, label disconnects, add plastic bushings at sub panels/ and at electrical gutters, add plates to secure wiring at rolling doors, update panel schedules, secure mini split, provide a letter for "fix" or possible pour back opening at grade inside of electrical room, open knockout at downstairs south wall junction box, missing receptacle cover at mechanical room, adjust door pressure to 5 pounds of pressure, install ADA restroom sign, complete installation of pump near condensers, install cover plates on low voltage. Stopped inspection-additional items may be noted. |

5-13-26: missing receptacle cover at upstairs closet, add plastic bushings to jumper junction box located between subpanels, add plastic bushings to low voltage at overhead bay door motors & install low voltage in mc cabling, label junction boxes throughout, missing cover lids on low voltage junction boxes& labeling throughout, open knockouts at junction boxes downstairs, adjust restroom door to 5 pounds of pressure, install labeling on disconnects-per NEC, labeling must be able to withstand the elements, label all emergency disconnects-per NEC, 230.85 (E)(2), the lettering must be 1/2" minimum and must identify the purpose and the circuit, complete installation of sum pump, install cover plates at office, complete labeling of all receptacles. See previous notes regarding a RFI on pour back at electrical room. Have architect submit a revision to the city for review documenting details. See previous failed inspections for roof, underground electrical and all pending inspections. It appears that the roof was never inspected prior to it being covered. If you have videos/pictures that can clearly show the nailing was done per plans and meets the 2018 IBC, then please upload them onto the city portal for review and show such items to the inspector at the next inspection. Stopped inspection- additional items may be noted. |

5-19-26: corrosion-resistant (galvanized or stainless steel) mechanical anchors, such as 3/8" or 1/2" wedge anchors or sleeve anchors are required to secure mini split to concrete pad and must be installed on all sides, seal behind disconnects and Per the National Electrical Code (NEC Article 110.22), all disconnecting means, including HVAC disconnects, must be legibly marked to indicate their purpose, per MSI standard for HVAC identification install labeling height at 1/4" for equipment name plate and bump it up to 1/2" for disconnects to be viewed from 6' away, per manufactured specifications equipment located downstairs at the northeast corner requires a 3' clearance from racking system, motor engines for roll up doors require plastic bushings. |
