Tenants cannot be allowed to cross an unpaved or concreted pathway through a construction zone for entrance to a building. Temporary fencing needs to be installed around the entire large common area to protect tenants from construction access and work. Building 6, sidewalk along bottom of stair access on the south side of building needs to be completely replaced. Building 6 is not CO ready per engineering. All other buildings need to be called in for CO Consultation inspections that are being lived in. |
