12/14/1998 FOLLOW UP CODE VIOLATION Correction Required ADDTL COMMS - 12/14/98 Contacted Chateau Management, Jan @ 323-7121 concerning the problems at this address. The rear porch lights have been repaired and most of the rear doors have been repaired. No other repairs have been made! The heaters for these units are mostly inoperative and some are dangerous. The management claims that repair people are working on the units daily and have been bringing the units up to code, but there seems to be some conflict between what they say is being done and what is actually being accomplished. Follow up on 12/18/98 and if they still have not made repairs then issue citation.
