1. UDC:
a) Frontage is the full length of the property lines along Swan and Grant, per development plan.
b) UDC 74.5.6.2.b - provide a notation that all sign structures in drive thru will be setback a minimum of 1' from face of curb to leading edge of sign structure
2. NEC:
a. Note location of labeled breaker panel for sign circuits / inspections.
b. Provide notation on total number of circuits
3. OLC:
a. No comments, thank you!
4. IBC:
a. On sign D (canopy sign), provide detailed labeled mounting specs for the type and size / length / number of screws and or bolts to mount the letters to the raceway and to mount the raceway to the canopy.
