Entered by VIDAL - Had a fire next door in unit #2 and this unit has no fire damage. The electrical and gas was turned off at the meter. The gas passed the line test and the survey and can have the gas tuned back on once the electrical is turned back on. The electrical will need a reconnect permit by Planning and Development Services Department once the unit is checked to have the electrical turned back on. The unit has the smell of smoke in the unit and the tenant can move back in once the electrical and the gas is turned back on. There is no fire damage to this unit. Did do the posting of the paperwork and the Do Not Enter on the front window due to the tenant left the site to meet the Redcross at another location. Was on site with inspector Bigman. RV. |
