The unit has the smell of smoke in the unit and the tenant can move back in once the electrical and the gas is turned back on. There is no fire damage to this unit. Did do the posting of the paperwork and the Do Not Enter on the front window due to the tenant left the site to meet the Redcross at another location. Was on site with inspector Bigman. RV.}
