THE STOVE HAS LARGE AMOUNTS OF GREASE BUILD UP. ROACHES WERE VISIBLE DURING THE INSPECTION.
THERE IS ALSO FOOD PARTICLES ON THE KITCHEN COUNTER TOPS AND IN ALL OF THE UNITS FLOORING.
THERE IS BROKEN LIGHT SWITCH IN THE HALLWAY ENTRANCE AND A LOOSE RECEPTACLE WITH A MISSING COVER PLATE IN THE KIDS BEDROOM.
THE KITCHEN EXHAUST FAN OVER THE STOVE IS MISSING THE GREASE FILTER AND THE MOTOR IS FULL OF GREASE RESIDUE. THE HVAC CLOSET IS FULL OF LINT UNABLE TO FULLY OPEN THE DOORS.
TWO OF THE INTERIOR DOORS HAVE HAD THE SCREWS BACK OFF OR REMOVED AND CURRENTLY THE DOORS ARE LEANING OVER UNSTABLE.
THE HALLWAY BATHROOM HAS THE HOT WATER RUNNING IN THE TUB DUE TO THE MISSING HANDLE. THE TUB RUNNING IN HOT WATER MODE CAUSED LARGE AMOUNTS OF BLACK BUILD UP ON THE CEILING SURFACE, POSSIBLE MOLD. AT THE TIME OF THE INSPECTION THE CONDITIONS INSIDE THE BATHROOM WERE VERY HUMID AND A HOT ZONE.
THERE IS PUNCTURES IN THE SHEETROCK WALL IN THE MASTER BEDROOM. THE MATER BATHROOM HAS A SINK BLOCKAGE.
OVERALL: THE INTERIOR CONDITIONS OF THE UNIT ARE UNSANITARY AND UNSAFE. THERE ARE CONDITIONS PRESENT WHICH ARE A FIRE HAZARD. THE CONDITIONS OF THIS UNIT ALSO POSE A DANGER TO THE OTHER BUILDINGS OCCUPANTS. THE UNIT WAS CONDEMNED UNFIT TO OCCUPY AND THE POWER WAS ORDERED TO BE DISCONNECTED AT THE METER LOCATION AND IN CONTROL OF MANAGEMENT. DAY TIME ACCESS ALLOWED FOR TENANTS TO REMOVE BELONGINGS ONLY.
