While meeting with the management, the tenant called and was on her way to the unit. Did meet with the tenant and the kitchen sink was repaired, the handler in the hallway was not leaking but was on heat at this time. Where the water was leaking it did stain the walls and base board. She was asking about the mold and did advise that we do not deal with mold. The filter was changed and was requesting that all the cracks on the baseboards and where the flooring meets the baseboard be caulked to have 100 % seal. Did advised that would probably will not happened due to the age of the building and if they leave a pin hole the roaches would get through that hole. They would have to do the cabinets in the kitchen and the bathrooms. The unit was very clean and did go over that they would need to treat both sides, above the unit and behind the unit. Did advised that the whole building needs to be treated at the same time. The tenant stated than she has no issues and the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
