THERE ARE MULTIPLE LIGHT FIXTURES IN THE STAIRWAYS, CORRIDORS AND THE EXITS DOORS OF THE UNITS AND THE BUILDING WHICH ARE DAMAGED AND NON WORKING.
MULTIPLE UNITS HAVE EXIT LIGHT FIXTURES DAMAGED AND NOT PROPERLY SECURED. THERE ARE ELECTRICAL PANELS NOT PROPERLY SECURED WITH MISSING HARDWARE. THE LAUNDRY ROOM WAS CONDEMNED DUE TO FAULTY WIRING AND NO LIGHTING. THE UTILITY ROOM HAS EXPOSED WIRING. ALL INTERIOR PANELS NOT LABELED AND ARE OBSTRUCTED
THE WALKWAYS AND STAIRWAY SURFACES ARE UNSANITARY AND HAVE REFUSE. THERE IS REFUSE ON THE PROPERTY AND THE CHILLER ROOM ACTION
THERE ARE MULTIPLE STAIRWELLS WITH DAMAGE TO THE METAL NOSE PORTIONS OF THE STEP. THE METAL BACKER IS SEVERELY RUSTED WITH AREAS WHICH HAVE PENETRATIONS. A STRUCTURAL ENGINEER MAY BE REQUIRED
THERE ARE MULTIPLE UNITS WHICH ARE BOARDED OR HAVE DAMAGED WINDOWS OR DOORS. THE LAUNDRY ROOM WHICH IS A DETACHED BUILDING HAS A MISSING WINDOWS AND LACKS A DOOR TO KEEP THE WEATHER ELEMENTS OUTS
THE CORRIDOR WALL AND CEILING AREAS HAVE SHEETROCK DAMAGE, OPEN PENETRATIONS. THESE SURFACES ARE UNSANITARY.
ONSITE INSPECTION FOUND THAT THERE ARE NO FIRE EXTINGUISHERS IN EVERY FLOOR
