Tenant was not allowing the management to enter the unit on multiple occasions. Management provided me a copy of all documents that prove they made attempts and the tenant refused them entry. Management was finally allowed in to treat the roach infestation and attempted to schedule to fix the holes in the walls. Tenant refused them again. I informed the tenant that if she continues to refuse service, I would have to close the case, she said she understood. Tenant was scheduled again for service and again refused service. I am going to close the case |
