04/28/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation On site with Inspector ML, inspect all trailers and RVS, found all connected to electricity, except couple were using solar, all connected to sewer inlets, no swage smell on the property at this time, posted condemnation notice of violation on the front door of the owners' unit with my business card due to hazardous unpermitted electrical connections and unpermitted use for this zone, spoke to the owner over the phone and advised need to vacate all tenant and disconnect utilities by 03/21/2023, will follow up.
05/25/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation On site with inspector ML, all RV's and motor homes were vacate and condemned all electrical, sewer and water services has been disconnected, all sewer inlets were capped and all units posted with do not enter signs, hand delivered 30 days notice of violation to the owner to remove all RV's that doesn't belong to the owner of the property, owner is cited for not having permits for electrical and plumbing work.
05/25/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed On site with Inspector ML, found all electrical pedestals and sewer plumbing removed from the property, all RV's and mobile units removed from the property except two RV's, owner asked for extension gave until 05/01/2023, will follow up.
