ELECTRICAL: THERE IS FIRE AND WATER DAMAGE TO THE ROOMS ELECTRICAL DEVICES. THERE ARE MULTIPLE CONDUCT RUNS WHICH ARE WET IN THE ROOM. THERE IS A PANEL AND A CONTROLLER IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE FRYER. THE ATTIC AREA HAS BRUNT CABLES AND CORDS. TEP DID LOCK OUT THE 5 MAIN DISCONNECTS

PLUMBING: SOUTHWEST GAS DISCONNECTED GAS SERVICE AND PINNED THE METER. THERE IS A GAS LINE WHICH FEEDS THE FRYER IN THE ROOM
