GUIDES ARE DAMAGED AIR HANDLER COPPER LINES ARE LEAKING AT THE HANDLER BODY HALLWAY WALL REPAIR IS SUBSTANDARD AND NOT COMPLETED INSIDE THE HALLWAY CLOSET AREA(EAST CLOSET) MASTER BEDROOM BATHROOM: TOILET DOES NOT HAVE THE PROPER TOILET SEAT EXHAUST FAN DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY BATHROOM WALLS AND CEILING SHOW HEAVY MOISTURE STAINING SINK PLUMBING IS NOT PROPERLY SEALED TO EXTERIOR HALLWAY FIRST BEDROOM FLOOR AT THE EAST WALL IS SEPERATED APPROX 1/2 INCH AS WELL AS SOME HOLES IN THE FLOOR ON THE SOUTH PORTION OF THE FLOOR UNFINISHED WALL REPAIRS IN THE MAIN CORRIDOR EXTERIOR LIGHT FIXTURE AT UPPER CORRIDOR ENTRY DOOR IS HANGING. WIRING IS EXPOSED AND LIGHT IS INOPERABLE UNIT 22 IS VACANT AND UNSECURED STRONG ODORS COMING FROM THE UNIT FROM THE MAIN CORRIDOR I WAS ABLE TO SEE USED DIAPERS PILED IN THE IN THE HALLWAY AS WELL FOOD SCATTERED IN THE KITCHEN AREA
