02/11/2022 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved VISITED SITE, MET WITH MANAGEMENT FIRST, WHO INFORMED ME THAT OCCUPANT WAS ON THE PEST CONTROL LIST TO HAVE HER UNIT SPRAYED FOR TUEDAY 2/08 BUT SOMEHOW DID NOT GET COMPLETED THEY SAY A MIX UP IN UNITS THAT INSTEAD OF 1106 THEY WENT TO 1105. OCCUPANT SPOKE WITH THE PEST CONTROL COMPANY WHO IS OUT OF PHOENIX, SUPERVISOR IS SUPPOSE TO BE COMING DOWN HIMSELF THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY 2/15 TO MAKE SURE ALL IS DONE CORRECTLY. COMPLEX IS A OLDER COMPLEX WHEN I ENTERED THE UNIT I FOUND THE FURNITURE STILL PULLED AWAY FROM THE WALLS, ALL CLOTHES HAD BEEN BAGGED AND UNIT STILL READY TO BE SPRAYED. I LOOKED AROUND AND DID NOT SEE EVIDENCE OF OF ROACHES, OCCUPANT ALSO THINKS SHE HAS BEDBUGS AND SHE HAS KEPT HER COMING UP TUESDAY APPOINTMENT. MY CARD WAS GIVEN TO THE OCCUPANT AND I ASKED SHE CONTACT AFTER THE UNIT WAS SPRAYED IF SHE WAS NOT HAPPY. I ALSO SUGGEST SHE GET HER UNIT SPRAYED MONTHLY OR BIWEEKLY. THE UNIT WAS NOT DIRTY BUT OCCUPANT ALSO STATED SHE HAS A DAUGHTER AND DID NOT WANT ROACHES BEING A ISSUE. I WILL FOLLOW UP ON TUESDAY.
