ONE ATTACHED ACCESSORY STRUCTURE THAT HAS EXTENTION CORDS PROVIDING POWER SO THAT THE TENANTS SISTER CAN RESIDE THERE. ONE STRUCTURE WITH TARP ROOF SERVES AS A WORK AREA FOR THE TENANT. BOTH STRUCTURES ARE UNAPPROVED. THERE IS A LOUD 3500 HORSE POWERED GAS GENERATOR THAT IS CURRENTLY PROVIDING POWER TO MAIN MOBILE HOME AND ACCESSORY STURCTURES. TENANT INDICATED THEY HAVE BEEN WITHOUT POWER FOR A MONTH AND IS ON THE WAITING LIST TO OBTAIN ASSISTANCE FROM PIMA COUNTY WHICH MAY TAKE UP TO 6 WEEKS. SPOKE TO CE INSPECTOR SUPER MR. WILL ISSUE NOV'S FOR ALL VIOLATIONS AND WILL ISSUE A 24 HR NOTICE TO RECONNECT ELECTRIC UTILITY. AFTER 24 HRS THE NOTICE OF EMERGENCY ABATEMENT AND ORDER TO VACATE WILL TAKE EFFECT. ALL NOTICES HAVE BEEN HAND DELIVERED TO TENANT, MGT AND MAILED TO LISTED PROPERTY OWNER. |
