I have looked at this site and I’m not able to make a favorable inspection at this time because there are too many things that are missing from the approved set of plans. I will turn this inspection as is not ready and advise the contractor to have the engineer record work on submitting documents that reflect the current on-site conditions so that they can be approved and we can perform this inspection again at a later date. During this process, they will need to revise the landscape drawings for the site and show what type of landscape is to be installed prior to the final. Also the compliancy of the ADA parking space and access. I’ll appears to be non-compliant at this time and will need to be either change to a different location or work will have to be done to correct all the current issues. A reinspection of this site will not be performed until the new set of plans have been provided and approved for this site by this department. |
