Re-inspection required (with fee) 11/13/24: Called John Abbott @ 8:30 am and again @ 2:15 pm with no answer, left message both times. I texted him at 9:26 am with no response to text message or phone message. This is the second time being out on this site with no response or access to house.

Re-inspection required (with fee) 11/18/24: Fire blocking required at 8' in 10' living room wall, all penetrations through top plates need to be fire foamed, marked all locations missing fire foam on studs below, and vent stack for dryer cannot exit the fire wall between the garage and kitchen,must go all the way to the roof inside the wall.
