Mechanical, electrical, & plumbing rough-in are complete. Exterior shear walls are properly installed and nailed off. Window frames are not installed they are a long lead item, was told that they won't be delivered until February 2024. Have approved for stucco work to be performed but holding back 12" around all windows and doors that are not installed at this time. Okay to insulate and sheet rock interior walls with the same requirements as stucco around windows. |
