2/7/24: exterior receptacles must be WR, Arc-fault breaker's missing at panel (multiple locations missing), sediment trap at water heater missing, sediment trap at A/C unit not properly installed, pipes on exterior must be coated for UV protection, water lines at water heater must be properly insulated and wrapped for if protection, hose bibs must have vacuum breaker, handrails at stair way not per code, drain at bathroom lavatory must be smooth interior, receptacle on south west corner of garage not on same GFCI circuit as garage receptacles. Properly secure A/C whip and thermostat whip, AC is being over Amped (max 25). |
