4/18/24: weep screed clearance must be 4" above grade (not meeting clearance throughout), water heater T&P drain must terminate 6" above grade, water heaters missing pan per code P2801.6 and pan shall drain no less than 6" above grade, A/C condensate drain must be UV coated, Arc-fault breakers required at kitchen circuits and laundry circuit. Cut clean outs to grade and cap, light switches not made up in unit 1, smoke alarms missing in unit. |
