11-25-25: missing hammer arrestors at washer/dryer, install bubble covers at all exterior receptacles-receptacle covers must rated heavy duty while in use, paint all exterior plastic, install receptacle/bubble covers must rated at exterior side adjacent to mini split, seal/paint all exterior wood, missing arch fault breakers- arch faults are required in every habitable spaces, replace 70amp breaker at main with a 100 amp breaker, missing smoke detector in bedroom-must be hardwired, nm cable feeding can lights are not allowed in wet locations-refer to architect if record for fix & provide updated RFI, mini split is over amped-max breaker is 25amps. |
