8/22/23: 1. City of Tucson approved plans required on site. 2. Health Dept, Site Engineering, Fire Dept required to give final approval. 3. Install ADA restroom signage, sinks exceed 34" from floor, coat hooks required and not to exceed 48" from the floor, wrap all plumbing under the sinks, new mirror in men's restroom exceeds 40" from the floor, urinal in men's restroom exceeds 17" from the floor (only one is required to be compliant). 4. Several outlets within 60" of sinks are not GFCI protected, type all panel schedules and insert in clear plastic sleeve, remove all green tape and sharpie lettering from the deadfronts, blank cover over all open slots. 5. More items may be added when I review the approved plans. |
