B) Fix sign area conflicting notes on the plan
C) Sign A appears to Need **SDRC application to exceed max freedstanding sign allowed sign area in scenic for a sign not in the scenic buffer (exceed 50 sqf)-
D) Sign A appears to Need **SDRC application to exceed 50 square feet sign area for monument sign
E) Sign A appear to Need **SDRC application: Reduced setback off Old Vail for a monument sign less than 20' off arterial non-scenic street, sought at 14.34'.
F) Night view - tenants could have color or be white lettering only - i.e. logos ?

G) Add note - sign to use existing power (replacing smaller sign damaged /removed by car)

2) Exceed sign area of 50 sqft for a monument sign - general criteria
3) Cannot exceed 8 panels per MSP 7A.7.1. (and discussion with Zoning Administrator)
4) Exceed height of monument sign (general criteria) from 10' to 13.5' for monument to top of cabinet
5) Exceed height of a freestanding sign in scenic district
6) MAY need setback reduction - unclear (appears to use T17OT00875 location w/ 32' setback)
7) Need night view to show how lettering would be on sign
8) Need common background color for all - show designated background panel color (label if it will be white)- as current sign does not have that
