1) The hotel address is 280 S Church, please revise application and plans.
2) As the site is within the Pad-5 zoning district, provide written permission from the Rio Nuevo Multi-purpose district ownership / or PAD-5 architectural design review board for the sign design.

Signs shall be used for the purpose of identification and direction. The design of permitted signs shall be architecturally integrated with the building design.
Plans for signs shall be reviewed as part of the architectural and design controls to ensure aesthetic treatment and compatibility with the other development areas and the surrounding neighborhood.
3) NEC / OLC
A) Please label location of shut off switch
B) Please clarify the LED's in the tallest part of the support system of the sign are fully enclosed (provide note). Appears reference to a metal face - but then lights would be inside a full enclosed metal tube? Is this acrylic instead?
C) Add note where dedicated circuit and timer are located.
D) Clarify if existing electrical stub out at this location for the sign, or if power is to be provided by others via separate electrical permit.
4) IBC:
A) provide wind load calculations for 115 mph for footer
B) type of bolts, number and necessary embedment of those bolts
C) on anchor bolt template - provide spacings and edge distances
D) provide notations how metal elongated cabinet is mounted to main sign pillar
5) Final page of the submittal shows the sign above "utility vaults". Show if the sign is within actual utility easement, as implied, and easement type. If so, please provide allowance for either placement within or aerially over a utility line.
