The tenant has called that the plumber has repaired the shower valves and not leaking in the hall bathroom. The tenant has other isues with the landlord and will be filing paperwork to have those issues address. At this time the case will be closed, Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |

The water is still turned on but the shower valves are not working. A plumber has been to the site and had to order the parts for the shower valves. The parts will be in on Monday due to had to order the part and not able to find in Tucson any where. The tenants do have water to everything else at this time. Will check in 10 days. RV. |
