12/10/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved The office called and has a water leak and they have been working on it all day. The water has been turned off at the valve on the east side of the house where PVC pipe has been added under the front porch. Did turn the water back on to check where the water was leaking and was coming from the shower head. The shut off valves of the shower are not turning the water off. It leaks as the water is turned on and not able to turn off at the valves. Did call the owner on placing a cap at the pipe for the shower head until repaired at the valve. The shower head will have to be removed until the valves are working. At this time the shower head has been removed and a cap placed and the water was turned back on and all is working. Does have another bathroom and will be able to use this at this time. No N.O.V. was given due to the water is back on. The plumber will check the site tomorrow. RV.
12/14/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The water is still turned on but the shower valves are not working. A plumber has been to the site and had to order the parts for the shower valves. The parts will be in on Monday due to had to order the part and not able to find in Tucson any where. The tenants do have water to everything else at this time. Will check in 10 days. RV.
