ELECTRICAL: THE INTERIOR PV WIRING, THE SOLAR CONTROLLER, SUB PANEL AND OTHER ELECTRICAL DEVICES IN THE HALLWAY AND LIVING ROOM ARE MELTED OR HAVE SEVERE HEAT DAMAGE. THIS MOBILE HOME PARK IS MASTER METERED, THE BREAKERS TO THE PEDESTAL ARE OFF, TEP DID REMOVE THE METER AND INSTALL A COVER PLATER OVER THE METER SOCKET. THE PULL OUT DISCONNECT TO THE PV SYSTEM WAS REMOVED.

NOTE: THE SOUTH SIDE PATIO ESTIMATED AT 12 X 16 HAS MULTIPLE PV PANELS AS THE ROOF AND PANELS ON THE SIDE OF THE WOOD FRAMED PATIO. THE BATTERIES ARE IN THE OPEN NOT PROTECTED.


PLUMBING: SWG DID PIN THE METER OFF.

MECHANICAL: THE AIR HANDLERS ARE DAMAGED AND MELTED IN THE LIVING ROOM AND BEDROOM. THE ENTIRE HOMES SHEETROCK IS COVERED IN SMOKE.


REMARKS: PERMIT REQUIRED FOR REPAIRS, THE CITY DID PIN THE FRONT DOOR SHUT THE UNIT WAS CONDEMNED UNFIT TO OCCUPY.
