Onsite inspection: There is no refuse on the grounds. I did meet with 3 students which stated there are 4 students which live in the front dwelling and 4 which live in the rear dwelling. There are two red tagged posted on the front window these tags are dated 8-19-2021 / 11/18/2021.
The code states: sec 8. If there is one or more dwelling(s) on a lot, all dwellings on a lot are considered to be one dwelling for the purpose of determining whether there is a group dwelling. If there are five or more unrelated persons residing on the lot, it is a group dwelling that is not permitted.
