Checked the property for permit issues with inspector SAM. The electrical has been removed, the gas meter has been removed and will need a reconnect permit for the electrical and the gas once the house has been checked. The gas forced air furnace was being replace with new and was not completed and no permit was issues when doing the work and will need approval and inspection for the new install. The water heater was going to be changed and that will also need a permit. The house has been vacant for since 8-20-19 due to the death of the owner. The bother of the owner is trying to get ownership of the property and the paperwork still shows the dead owner as the owner. The house has broken windows and other issues on the interior and will need to be check for min. housing condition issues before being occupied. The house is vacant and secured at this time. The property has been kept cleaned. RV. |
