The electrical has been removed, the gas meter has been removed and will need a reconnect permit for the electrical and the gas once the house has been checked. The gas forced air furnace was being replace with new and was not completed and no permit was issues when doing the work and will need approval and inspection for the new install. The water heater was going to be changed and that will also need a permit. The house has been vacant for since 8-20-19 due to the death of the owner. The bother of the owner is trying to get ownership of the property and the paperwork still shows the dead owner as the owner. The house has broken windows and other issues on the interior and will need to be check for min. housing condition issues before being occupied. The house is vacant and secured at this time. The property has been kept cleaned. RV.
10/15/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The property is being changed into the brother name as the legal owner. It's now in the process of being recorded. Did remove the lock and chain due to the brother will be placing his own lock and chain on the front gate. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
