The office called that the ceiling was ready to fall. Arrived and met with the tenant and the ceiling in the garage was not ready to fall and has a roof leak on the upper floor. The leak has been for some time and has water stains in different areas. Has one section where the edges are peeling from falling apart on the drywall from the constant moisture in the drywall from the water leaks in the roof. This has been going for about 3-years. Will do a N.O.V. RV. |
