The office called that the supervisor Martin Romero said to respond to the property for plumbing issues. Arrived and the tenant has the plumbing backing up. The back up is coming out of the master bathroom where the shower floor is full and going into the bedroom area. They did have a company working on it today and was not able to unplug the sewer line. The tenants have no where to go and no money to get a room. The owner did come to the site to meet and the owner was on site with the plumbers that were on during the day. The issue is they have no clean out and one will have to be installed in order to have the sewer line cleared. The tenants and the owner agreed that if not done by tomorrow at 5:00 PM that the tenants will be removed and placed in a hotel. The owner signed the N.O.V. to Vacate and the tenants will wait till tomorrow results. RV. |
