08/12/2021	INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT	VIDAL	Approved	The office called that the supervisor Martin Romero said to respond to the property for plumbing issues. Arrived and the tenant has the plumbing backing up. The back up is coming out of the master bathroom where the shower floor is full and going into the bedroom area. They did have a company working on it today and was not able to unplug the sewer line. The tenants have no where to go and no money to get a room. The owner did come to the site to meet and the owner was on site with the plumbers that were on during the day. The issue is they have no clean out and one will have to be installed in order to have the sewer line cleared. The tenants and the owner agreed that if not done by tomorrow at 5:00 PM that the tenants will be removed and placed in a hotel. The owner signed the N.O.V. to Vacate and the tenants will wait till tomorrow results. RV.
08/13/2021	INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE	VIDAL	Approved	The sewer line has been cleared and found wipes on the snake and the line was cleared. The line was cleared from the roof and the sewer line was located. The clean outs were installed in the front of the house. Did run water on all the drains and they were running with out blockage. The tenants stayed in a hotel last night and will be coming back tonight. Did tell the owners that the tenants can stay in the house and will be closing the case. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
