The office called that the supervisor wanted the inspected. Arrived and the tenant was on site and showed the bathroom where the upstair unit is leaking over the tub and shower on the bottom unit where the tenant is living. This area has been patched and is not completed and can see where the water is still leaking. The hallway has a handler for the AC and is leaking contantly. The tenant has trash can catching the water leaking to the floor. This has been going on for sometime due to the metal is rusting and the drywall is peeling back. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
