THIS HAZARDOUS CONNECTION IN A NON-CODE COMPLIANT MANNER HAS JEOPARDIZED AND MELTED THE CORD THAT CONNECTS THE TRAVEL TRAILER TO THE DOWNSTREAM PEDESTAL AT UNIT 6. POWER WAS TERMINATED BY T.E.P. AND PLACED A CLEARANCE REQUIRED PRIOR BEFORE ENERGIZING. ON SITE MANGER CONTACTED THE OWNER AND INFORMED HER OF T.E.P. FINDINGS AND THE CITY'S ORDERS. PROPERTY MANAGER ACKNOWLEDGED AND SIGNED ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS, POSTED UNFIT TO OCCUPY AT UNIT 6 WINDOWS FACING PARK'S ENTRANCE. THE AVALON TRAVEL TRAILER'S ROOF AND WALLS ARE IN DISREPAIR, THERE IS CONDENSATION WATER LEAKING OFF THE ROOF NEAR THE COMPROMISED ROOF WHICH CAN POTENTIAL LEAD TO FURTHER DAMAGED TO THE INTERIOR FRAMING OF THE STRUCTURE. MANAGER WILL KEEP UNIT SECURE AND VACANT, ACCORDING TO THE MANAGER OWNER NOW PLANS OF REMOVING THE UNIT FROM THE PROPERTY. |
